厂方与员工签署之劳动合同

◆Personnel and registration records of all employees

员工人事档案

◆Overtime permit from Local Labor Authority

当地劳动部门批准的加班批文

◆Fire Drill Records/First Aid Training Certificates

消防演习记录/急救员证书

◆Social insurance invoice (3 months)

购买社会保险的收据（三个月）

◆Local Minimum Wage Standards

当地最低工资标准

◆Fire department current inspection certificate

消防局颁发的消防验收证书

◆Waiver from the social insurance bureau exempts the factory fro mcertain social insurance scheme.

社保局证明厂方已按当地要求购买社会保险的批文

厂规及有关福利的规定：年假，产假等等

◆Health check records for young workers and/or workers performing hazardous jobs(If any)
